2025-11-30Very good place for body fitness. Almost all types of instruments are available for complete body work out. They also have weekly zoomba session. Separate facilities available for men and women are steam bath, shower, locker, filter water. Whole workout area is air conditioned and cleanliness is top class. Only lacking is the area is little congested for it's instruments but still okay. They have daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly membership package starting from 500 Taka.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the adequate space, modern equipment, and the impeccable cleanliness of the environment. One of the standout features of this fitness center is the variety of classes offered, including Yoga, Zumba, and aerobics sessions. Another remarkable feature is the availability of a steam shower option. After an intense workout, being able to relax and rejuvenate in the steam shower is truly a luxurious experience. It helps soothe my muscles and promotes a sense of relaxation and wellness. Overall, this fitness center has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The combination of adequate space, modern equipment, a neat and clean environment, friendly trainers, and additional offerings like Yoga, Zumba, and aerobics make it a top-notch facility in Dhaka city. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comprehensive fitness experience and a place that genuinely cares about their members' well-being.

2024-12-20Great for the price but not the best. I found there to a lack of benches which was a problem during peak hours. The locker room could also be better but at this price, you’re getting more than your money’a worth.

2025-01-22Instruments are new. But needs a bigger place as the place is very small. That and the locker room is small are the only downside. Overall well maintained, clean place. Friendly environment
