2025-07-31Terrible experience with Union Tour and Travels regarding my Singapore Tourist Visa application. Their service was completely unprofessional and disorganized. If you're planning to apply for a visa, especially for Singapore, I strongly advise not to use Union Tour and Travels. They were aware there was a high chance of rejection but will not inform you advance. On top of that, they required the full visa fee to be paid upfront.
