2023-11-08Their service is sucks! Very unprofessional employees, unresponsive, annoying and disrespectful behaviour! I had to call 16 times just to know the status update because they didn’t even notify me with text sms or call or anything. When i apply for the visa their visa desk confirmed me that anyone can pick up the passport on behalf of me he just needs to bring a copy or image of the receipt but at the end they denied to deliver even when i called them they was not co-operative enough. They gave me a very hard time because that time i wasn’t in dhaka and i just had 2 days for the flight. Also they don’t even know what papers do they need, i brought every necessary papers they picked as they thought they need but after 8 days later they called me and blamed me for the paper i didn’t give them and wasted my time. I had extend my ticket 2 times because of them! So i will not recommend Simon center at any means!

2022-11-30A visa processing centre. if you want to go with this group personally for your visa application, please make sure you have enlisted your name visiting very early in the morning (around 4:00am to 5:00am) to write your name on the list. according to the list they will provide Token number just at 8:30. everyday around thirty tokens are given. Please exercise your passion first. they will ask for your papers provide everything according to their demand. Before you visit make sure you have all the documents you need. read the website and prepare the document accordingly. Bank documents are subjected to be signed by the authority. Be careful about your bank statement.
