2025-11-20I’ve observed several of the residential buildings developed and currently being developed by AUSTRAL Properties in the Pallabi and Mirpur areas of Dhaka. Their projects stand out with modern, attractive designs that give a strong first impression. From what I’ve seen at their construction sites, the safety measures in place during development appear acceptable and reasonably maintained. The materials being used also seem to be of good quality, at least to the extent I can assess from the outside. Their sites, particularly those in the Pallabi extensions, have caught my attention for their thoughtful layout and promising residential environment.
