2026-01-12They have experienced doctors, and the medical care itself is good. However, the management is extremely poor. Yesterday, I visited their emergency department and had to wait for over 40 minutes because only one doctor was available.Later, I was advised to do some blood tests and was informed that the reports would be available by 1:00 PM. When I checked their online portal, the reports were still not uploaded. After calling their helpline, I was told I might receive them by 2:00 PM. I agreed to wait, but even now almost 3:00 PM there is still no update.This level of irresponsibility toward patients is very disappointing. They charge a significant amount of money, yet their service quality does not reflect the cost at all. Overall, the experience was frustrating and highly unsatisfactory.

2025-12-09There are some very good and skilled doctors in this hospital who can be relied upon to provide good treatment. However, the hospital authorities seem to be more focused on increasing business profits than improving the quality of patient care. There is no mentality to give discounts, especially in the pharmacy. However, the situation is the same in all the renowned private hospitals in Dhaka city. Which is very sad.

They provide all of their investigation reports by renowned pathologist, microbiologist and haematologist. The investigation carried out here is done with latest machine.. They have 20-25% discount all the year around in all investigations..

2025-09-05They are very unprofessional and does things without contesent. Then over charge you for treatments you don't need. Didn't provide a newborn with her Basic Vaccines nor did they provide a birth certificate. They have doctors who are afraid of Blood and vomits when they see blood. Very unprofessional and disgusting. Always finds ways to loot money.
